Circles, Roses, Stars and Lissajous Loops - The 40 Levels

Aim Tracer has 40 levels drawing circles, roses, stars and Lissajous loops. What each shape family demands from your tracking, sourced and marked.

Four shape families make the 40 levels: circles, roses, stars, and Lissajous loops. The official description names them and even grades them — “from smooth circles to sharp-cornered stars and tangled loops”. Each family trains a different tracking problem. (Source: Steam store page)

What Each Family Trains (shape geometry is math; the training lens is community analysis)

  • Circles — constant-radius paths at steady speed: the baseline of smooth tracking. Circles train sustained, even crosshair motion.
  • Roses — petal curves whose curvature keeps changing: your hand accelerates into petal tips and eases through petal valleys.
  • Stars — the official page calls them “sharp-cornered”: direction changes at corners. Corner work is where jerky trackers lose the ball.
  • Lissajous loops — the official word is “tangled”: compound figures where speed varies along the curve and the path crosses itself. The advanced exam.

What Is Confirmed?

  • 40 levels total.
  • Each level is a drawing completed by hits, against a timer.
  • Shapes progress from smooth to sharp/tangled — an explicit difficulty gradient. (all: official page)

Level-by-level layouts, par times and unlock order are in-game content we will not guess.

How to Practice by Family (community estimates)

  • Drill the family you are worst at, not the one that feels best — see our technique guide.
  • On stars, slow down into corners and accelerate out; on Lissajous, let your hand follow the rhythm of the curve rather than chasing the ball.

FAQ

Are all 40 levels shape-based? The official description frames every level as a drawing, so yes — variety comes from the four families and their complexity. (official framing)

Which family is hardest? The official gradient ends at tangled loops; most trackers agree corners and crossovers are the killers. (community estimate)
